Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting a cause that truly matters? Do you have a flair for organisation, communication, and data management?

As a member of our Individual Giving & Legacy team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting fundraising campaigns, managing donor records, and ensuring our supporters receive the best possible experience. You’ll assist in delivering impactful campaigns, analysing data, and working closely with colleagues across the organisation to maximise fundraising potential.


Location: St Peter & St James Hospice, North Common Road, North Chailey, BN8 4ED
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (22.5 hours per week over 3 days)
Salary: £15,360 - £15,660 per annum (£25,600 - £26,100 per annum, full-time equivalent)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and delivery of individual giving and legacy strategies.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate donor records using our fundraising database.
  • Assisting with donor communications, including thank-you letters and campaign updates.
  • Collaborating with marketing and fundraising teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and suggesting improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or understanding of individual giving and public fundraising.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in using databases and interpreting data.
  • A team player with a proactive and compassionate approach.
